Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and solicit new mortgage business for MBSB through various channels.
- Actively promote MBSB's mortgage loans to meet sales performance indicators in respect number of calls, appointments, loan submissions, loan approvals and loan acceptance set by the respective Team Sales Managers.
- Offer suitable mortgage packages to high-net worth clients to meet their financial needs.
- Serve clients with distinction, develop and build long term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conversant with property market updates and insights.
- Ensure high standard of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by the Company.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in selling mortgage loans. Good network with solicitors/ developers/ real estate agents is an added advantage.
- Result and figure oriented
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE, PERSONAL FINANCING
Job Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in acquiring new customers and promotes MBSB’s financial products such as Mortgage, Personal Loan, Bancassurance.
- Cross sell MBSB’s products and campaigns or promotional activities and develop and build long term relationship with existing and new customers.
- Meeting and exceeding the sales target set by the Company.
- Ensure high standard of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by the Company.
Job Requirements
- A recognized Degree/ Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, Banking, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in selling financial products in banking / financial industry.
- Result and figure oriented, outgoing with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Performance- driven, dynamic and motivated towards building a successful career in MBSB.

WEALTH ADVISOR, WEALTH MANAGEMENT
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as advisory role to promote Takaful/ Insurance product and services
- Focus on corporate business segments, face-to-face and mobile sales marketing via walk-in customers, corporate clients, booth openings and tele-marketing in providing comprehensive solution to client financing needs
- Support branch sales team in driving insurance activities and referrals for all branches
- Handle customer complaints on insurance related
- To encourage customer retention and loyalty program as well as cross selling
- To cross sell any other MBSB's products such as Personal Financing and Mortgage Loan
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Finance/ Banking or equivalent

DEALER CONSULTANT, AUTO FINANCE
Job Responsibilities:
- To market and sell Auto Finance packages
- Build rapport and maintain good relationship with the sales networks/ Auto Dealers
- Aggressively obtain new business opportunities to achieve group sales target
- Conduct fields visit on Hire Purchase financing
- Actively participate in all sales carnivals and capitalize market potential
- Plan, coordinate and implement marketing activities for Hire Purchase products to achieve the assigned sales target
- Support and participate sales activities and campaigns
- Evaluate, propose and execute applications from clients and follow up pending documents.
Job Requirements:
