Dengan mempunyai semua aspek reka bentuk, pembuatan komponen pratuang dan kerja-kerja pembinaan di bawah satu bumbung, KUB Builders (sebelum ini dikenali sebagai Ibuzawa Corporation) dapat mengintegrasikan sepenuhnya keperluan pelanggan kepada komponen konkrit yang dibuat dan pemasangan di tapak ke dalam produk akhir. Mengawal semua teknologi dan perkhidmatan utama di bawah satu bumbung bermakna penghantaran lebih cepat dan penjimatan kos kepada pelanggan kami.
Kali ini KUB Builder membuka Kerja Kosong terkini adalah seperti brikut ini:-
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for QS operation of projects such as BQ preparation and material sourcing, tender documentation, cost estimation, progress claim, evaluation of V.O and claims, checking of drawing
- Lead in improvement of the project quality control, making proper recommendation, follow up and taking necessary action
- Prepare and feasibility studies for project costing
- Assist in operation matters such as pre-planning, cost estimation, pre-contract coordination, post-contract coordination, budget and cost control tracking
- Analyze / evaluate tender submission and prepare tender report
- Carry out re-measurement, site valuation, assessment and verification of claim and variation order
- Liaise with main contractor, sub contractor, consultant and related parties involved in project
- Provide advice to the management on QS matter
- Obtain ISO certification renewal for contract & commercial department
Requirements:
- Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Quantity Survey / Building Science or equivalent
- At least 5 years experience in related field
- Preferably Executive specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent with knowledge on
- construction costing and contract administration of various types of development building
- Experience in IBS is adding advantage
- Preferably Male candidate
SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- To ensure health, safety and environment system compliance with local regulatory act and safety policies
- Able responsive to local authority’s requirement
- To develop accurate report and to maintain relevant safety records
- Able to identify potential risks and recommend practical and cost effective solutions in safety management
- Oversee and monitor safety, health and environment job related to the site
- Take proactive measures to reduce hazards at the project sites and prevent possibility of future occurrence of incidences and accidents
- Continuously provide awareness on safety and health
- To ensure the company submits the safety, health, environmental and security manual complete with the safety policies to the government body (DOSH) near by before carry out the construction.
- To practicing and implementing the occupational safety and health requirement according OSHA Act 514.
- To understand and know well about the working area according the lay out of the project.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Professional Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health approved by DOSH or NIOSH
- Registered safety & health officer with valid license (Green Book) from DOSH or NIOSH
- Must be self oriented with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with project site environmental requirement
- Ability to work independently with high degree of commitment to ensure a healthy and safe
- working environment
- Willing to work at Kuantan
- 1 - contract position available
