Production Manager
Responsibilities
·         Responsible for assigned area of production, including production, packaging, and/or processing of ingredient or finished products (Bakery CK operations)
·         Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Production department for all shifts
·         Reviews production schedule for needs and accuracy
·         Ensures equipment availability and proper operation throughout the shift
·         Ensures correct usage of raw materials and reduction of waste throughout the shift
·         Adheres to Total Quality Control (TQC) policy and food safety requirements

Responsibilities
·         Creates outstanding design solutions that support the vision of a cross functional team to deliver a successful branded customer experience and by meeting store design, cost, schedule, and store interior requirements

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Design and has Architecture / Design experience in Commercial/ Retail/ Hospitality / Entertainment design of between 8-10 years and has been involved in commercial and retail design related activities

Requirement
·         Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent and 10+ years of food safety & QA experience in food/bakery industry environments, with franchise experience preferred (but not required)

·         Completing a proper production schedule on a regular basis, always seeking to minimize waste
·         Maintaining a correct bake schedule to ensure product freshness
