Kerja Kosong NASIM SDN. BHD. Maklumat Baik datang dari NAZA GROUP yang membuka Kerja Kosong banyak kedudukan. Nasim Sdn Bhd (NSB), ahli Kumpulan Syarikat Naza, yang terlibat dalam industri kereta telah ditubuhkan pada tahun 1997. Pada 2 Jan 2008, Nasim menjadi pengimport dan pengedar tunggal untuk jenama Peugeot di Malaysia.
Selepas setahun sebagai pengimport dan pengedar Peugeot di Malaysia, Peugeot menjadi pengeluar kenderaan Eropah ketiga tertinggi jualan di Malaysia. Pada tahun 2009, jualan syarikat mewakili 86% daripada jualan Peugeot di rantau Asean. Sehingga setakat ini, Nasim telah menjual kira-kira 25,000 kenderaan Peugeot untuk pengguna Malaysia.

Pada tahun 2010, PSA Peugeot Citroen memilih Malaysia sebagai hab pengeluaran untuk pasaran pemanduan sebelah kanan di rantau ASEAN. Di bawah perkongsian baru ini, Naza Automotif Manufacturing (NAM) yang dilancarkan dibuat Peugeot 207 sedan Malaysia pada bulan November 2010 yang mempunyai sejak itu telah dieksport ke Thailand, Indonesia, Brunei, Sri Lanka dan dipilih pasaran pemanduan sebelah kanan di Afrika. Kenderaan dipasarkan melalui cawangan syarikat dan para peniaga. Pada tahun 2011, firma itu berkembang model barisan untuk memasukkan Peugeot 308 CC, Peugeot RCZ dan Peugeot 508.

Accounts Executive

Responsibilities 

  1. Execute credit control/Accounts Receivable for Dealers including credit note and debit note.
  2. Continuous monitoring and follow up closely on the non-payment or delay in payment from Dealers.
  3. Monitor the level of credit limit of the Dealers.
  4. Monitor Dealers' bank guarantee for the expiry dates.
  5. To prepare Dealers' aging report.
  6. To prepare bank reconciliation of Dealers and monthly statement of accounts.
  7. Attend to any ad-hoc tasks/analysis requested by the Management from time to time.

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate
  • Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): SAP.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Glenmarie.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Admin Executive

Responsibilities 


  • Managing company vehicles including reporting matters.
  • Assist Manager in preparing proposals, revision of SOPs and Administrative Manual.
  • Liaising with inter-Department & external parties on related field.

Requirement

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  2. Required skill(s): Windows, MS Excel, MS Office.
  3.  At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4.  Applicants must be willing to work in Glenmarie.
  5. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

  1. Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders - internal and external parties such as colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations and communicating with target audiences.  
  2. Sourcing advertising opportunities (ATL) such as placing adverts in the press (local, regional, national and specialist publications) radio, TV and online depending on the organization and the campaign.
  3. Managing the production of Marketing materials including leaflets, posters, flyers and DVDs, writing and proofreading copy.
  4. Liaising with designers and printers.  
  5. Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials.  
  6. Organizing and attending events such as conferences, receptions and exhibitions, sourcing and securing sponsorship. 
  7. Monitoring & analyzing market trends & competitors activities.  
  8. Supporting the Marketing Manager and other colleagues.  
  9. Managing HQ level events such as new model launches, outlets launches & sponsorship events. 
  10. To manage all POSM/Marketing collaterals.
  11. Manage invoicing, filing & payments.
  12. Provide monthly ADEX report on competitors’ expenditure and advertising.

Requirement

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  2. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Applicants must be willing to work in Glenmarie.
  4. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

Insurance Renewal Officer/Executive

Responsibilities

  1. Evaluate and process changes to insured’s policies;
  2. Answer customer service inquiries from policyholders and agents;
  3. Communicate with existing customers to ensure high policy retention;
  4. Handle basic billing inquiries from agents and policyholders;
  5. Provide and prepare full documentation on all renewal activity to include calculate premiums, refunds, commissions, adjustments, and new reserve requirements, using insurance rate standards.
  6. Process policyholder payments and ensure timely update;
  7. Renewal review for additional claims and/or violations;
  8. Handle other policy services/matters and prepare report as directed by reporting Manager/management.

Requirement 

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  2. At least 1 year(s) of working experience with an agency or Company
  3. Insurance industry courses or designations a plus.
  4. High call volume or Call Center experience with excellent Customer service skills.
  5. Bilingual preferred.
  6. Proficient with Microsoft Office and excellent computer literacy.
  7. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize assignments

Customer Service Officer


Responsibilities

  1. Attend incoming calls, create cases at ECS System. Must ensure SLA level above than 90%.
  2. To attend VVIPs/Social media cases within 1 hour.
  3. To achieve 95% closed cases within 7 days.
  4. Any ad-hoc duties assigned as and when necessary
