Kerja Kosong Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) . Bank Negara Malaysia (Bank Negara Malaysia), merupakan badan berkanun yang mula beroperasi pada 26 Januari 1959. Bank Negara Malaysia dikawal oleh Akta Bank Negara Malaysia 2009. Peranan Bank Negara Malaysia untuk menggalakkan kestabilan monetari dan kewangan . Ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan persekitaran yang kondusif bagi pertumbuhan mampan ekonomi Malaysia.

Pendirian dasar monetari Bank Negara Malaysia adalah untuk mengekalkan kestabilan harga manakala baki menyokong pertumbuhan. Bank Negara Malaysia juga bertanggungjawab untuk kestabilan sistem kewangan. Ini dicapai dengan membangunkan bunyi, berdaya tahan, progresif dan pelbagai sektor kewangan yang berfungsi untuk menyokong sektor ekonomi benar. Ia juga memainkan fungsi penting dalam melaksanakan inisiatif untuk mendalami dan mengukuhkan pasaran kewangan, termasuk pasaran pertukaran asing.
Bank Negara Malaysia telah memainkan peranan penting dalam pembangunan infrastruktur sistem kewangan dalam memajukan agenda rangkuman kewangan. Ini adalah untuk memastikan semua sektor ekonomi dan lapisan masyarakat mempunyai akses kepada perkhidmatan kewangan. Di samping itu, Bank Negara Malaysia juga menyelia infrastruktur sistem pembayaran negara yang menekankan kecekapan dan keselamatan sistem kewangan.
Sebagai jurubank dan penasihat kepada Kerajaan, Bank Negara Malaysia menyediakan khidmat nasihat mengenai dasar-dasar makroekonomi dan pengurusan hutang awam. Bank Negara Malaysia juga pihak berkuasa tunggal dalam mengeluarkan mata wang negara dan dalam menguruskan rizab antarabangsa negara.

Bank Negara Malaysia Mempelawa warganegara Malaysia yang berkelayakn untuk memohon Kerja Kosong seperti berikut ini :-

Manager, Finance Department-Kuala Lumpur

POSITION 1: Manager in Financial Operation

 ROLE PURPOSE:

Supervise, manage and review the Bank’s payments, payments infrastructure, receivables and administration functions to support the department’s desired outcomes towards effective and efficient financial management of the Bank.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Plan and supervise the daily payment operations to ensure payment to recipients including authorities, suppliers, service providers, scholars, staff claims, staff advances, and disbursements of loans are executed accurately, timely and in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
• Review issues related to repayment of loans and advances extended to the financial institutions and corporations and follow up with line departments on status of the loans e.g. re-scheduling of the repayment.
• Plan, co-ordinate and oversee the Bank’s accrual of expenditure process to ensure that the expenditure to be accrued by all departments, branches and representative office are aligned with the Bank’s policies.
• Supervise and manage the Bank’s accounts receivables, staff loans, collection, recovery and customer service functions, identify/address emerging issues and follow through issues until full resolution.
• Supervise and manage the debt recovery functions, management reporting and roles and responsibilities as secretariat to the Debt Recovery Steering Committee.
• Lead review of projects and initiatives related to the Bank’s payment processing and receivable system including Financial Management System (FMS), Staff Advances & Claims Workflow System (STACKS) and other related systems; and co-ordinate their implementation according to agreed plans to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supervise the day-to day administration to ensure operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Provide coaching to staff for continuous improvement in performance.

POSITION 2: Manager in SWIFT Operations and Bank Account Management Section (Contract for 2 years)

ROLE PURPOSE:

Lead the SWIFT and bank account operations efficiently and effectively in supporting the achievement of the Bank’s reserves management and monetary policy implementation objectives

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

SWIFT Operations

• Manage day-to-day SWIFT operation including ensuring adherence to SWIFT procedures by SWIFT staff of every tasks and relevant functions.
• Manage developmental requirements (control, upgrade) by SWIFT Headquarter and ensure the Bank conforms with the SWIFT Security Guidelines at all time.
• Collaborate with JIT and JKS to ensure implementation of system security, physical security and operational controls are aligned with best practices. This includes managing the process of monitoring of CCTV with JKS.

Bank and Custody Account Management

• Manage all the existing Ringgit and foreign currency bank accounts (cash and custody accounts):
• Review the  terms and conditions (TNC) and agreement governing the accounts are in place and in line with the Bank’s latest policy e.g. whistle blowing, liability limit as most of the banks have been appointed for more than 10 years
• Periodic review/assessment on the existing custodian/nostro including due diligence (risk, operational effectiveness, cost etc)
• Streamlining the accounts (including centralisation and closing of accounts) to support efficient and effective settlement of treasury transactions and transaction/custody cost
• Ensure communication with the nostro/custodian banks on the liquidity needs of the Bank to ensure the Bank meets the minimum/maximum balance requirements by the nostro/custodian banks (collaboration with Liquidity section of JOPPK)
• Monitoring and approval of periodic nostro/custodian charges and recognisation of interest on cash balance

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
