  4. 7+ years’ experience in network and security process and organizational design
  5. Experience with ITIL or other structured framework is strongly preferred

  1. Plan and develop the organization chart for SOC
  2. Plan and implement strategies and initiatives for increased efficiency and effectiveness of SOC

Job Descriptions:
    Responsibility for data entry of invoices from Telco Providers for all services applied by JARING.
  1. To collect invoice form receptionist or from finance department
  2. Stamping invoice by referring to the date invoice received
  3. Key in invoice details into Telco Management System(TMS) -> Process invoice
  4. After process invoice, generate report from the Telco System (printing summary payment) to pass to respective officer to verified & SVP Network Services for approval
  5. To scan all the invoice together with sing off report & Keep the copies in e-space
  6. To send hard copy of approve invoices with USD amount together with printing payment report to Finance
  7. To collect all the documentations (Agreement/LOA/PO/Application Forms/Service Acceptance Form) on new lease lines form the related team such as Sales Team, Procurement & scan the document to be stored into JARING Monitoring System (JIMS)
  8. Keep track/compile and prepare the list of un-received bill every second weeks of the month and request the said invoice from line provider by e-mail
  9. Communicate with line provider/Telco on the service information for customer link
  10. Communicate with internal team such as Sales department/technical team on leased line hand over date/pricing

  3. Good knowledge in VPN solutions, enterprise networking etc.
  4. Good knowledge in WAN/LAN network design and planning, optical networks and IP routing/protocols.

  1. Responsible for network design and planning for JARING Fixed Wireless Access and optical network infrastructure.
  2. Evaluate and establish tools and methodology for network design and planning particularly for fixed wireless access management.
  3. Analyse and plan for fixed wireless access network capacity requirements which include network coverage requirements, traffic forecasts and etc.
  4. Evaluate, plan and responsible for the acceptance and operation of network components.
  5. Build and maintain working relationships with local and foreign companies, suppliers and interconnection groups on how infrastructure transmission and switching costs can be optimized.
  6. Managed and maintain business opportunities related to network infrastruture and cost optimization.
  7. 7 day x 24 hour availability and support.
  8. Constant monitoring and review of network performance and fine tuning, ensuring that all relevant KPIs are met or exceeded.
